Matt and Morganne | A Staunton Summer Wedding at the Gaie Lea

So thrilled to have Liz Schreiber, owner of the Gaie Lea in Staunton contribute her thoughts on Morganne and Matt’s blissful wedding day:

“Translated, Gaie Lea, (pronounced Gay Lee) means happy meadows. Indeed, this day was a happy one with the celebration of Morganne and Matts casually elegant wedding in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Using every scenic spot to it’s fullest, Morganne and Matt made Gaie Lea their own. It started inside with the girls getting ready which was a party in itself. Family, friends, toasts and tears, that intimate gathering had it all. Throughout, the bride and her mother peeked out the window to watch their guests arrive.
The garden ceremony beneath the mighty oak trees was perfect for promises uniquely theirs. Afterward, guests enjoyed a poolside cocktail party over looking meadows and mountains. And finally, the tent…oh, what a tent! The peaks of the sail cloth tent echoed the hillsides surrounding.
This was a celebration that will be forever remembered. And it was uniquely Morganne and Matts day.”
